With the national shift towards club teams that emphasize game play and team skills, a void emerged for the ever-important individual skills development. We answered the call by building the most effective training progression in lacrosse. We designed our training programs to work seamlessly to enhance club programs by focusing on improving their individual player’s skills and athleticism. Adrenaline Training Programs have been developed over the course of 2 years by our resident expert, Training Director Jesse Foss. A former NCAA D1 athlete and current varsity high school coach for La Costa Canyon, Jesse has dedicated the past 12 years of his life to becoming an expert in athletic training. He currently holds high level certifications in numerous training modalities.
Utilizing our amazing partners - the top player in the world Kyle Harrison, the top athletic training company in the world Athletes Performance Institute, and the top training equipment brand SKLZ, Adrenaline Lacrosse built the most effective series of lacrosse specific training programs in the world. After the first season of testing, the results showed amazing improvement across the board for participating players’ individual lacrosse skill sets and athleticism. Registered players also have exclusive access to training videos, workouts, nutritional advice and expert articles on our content rich website. Our ultimate goal is holistic player improvement. While skills are one part of it, our trainers and coaches ensure that a player’s confidence, leadership and team qualities also improve.
Where Do I Fit In?
Trylax – This program is for 1st-8th grade boys & girls looking to try the sport out for the first time. Each player will be provided a lacrosse stick with their registration. This 4-week, 2-hour a day program will teach kids the basic fundamentals of the sport while having fun. Players will leave the program ready to step onto the field of play with confidence.
Day Camp – These camps are designed for beginner to intermediate level boys & girls, grades 1st-8th. Each day players are introduced to new skills that are reinforced through fun, fast paced drills. This is a perfect camp atmosphere to allow for fun while learning and improving at the sport of lacrosse. The camp will be highlighted by guest appearances by our LXM Pro’s, daily contests and games, and camp and contest prizes.
Skills Training – This program is designed for 5th-12th grade boys & girls at the intermediate to advanced level. This 6-week, 2-hour a day program will include individual skill development, positional and team concepts, and an AdrenaFit speed & agility program. Players will leave this program with a Skills Training Binder including a schedule to continue improving after the program.
Positional Camps – This program is designed for 5th-12th grade boys at the advanced level. These intensive one day positional camps allows players to fine tune their craft and learn new skills that are valuable to their specific position. We have several different positional camps such as the Face Off Factory, the Goalie Academy, and the Finishing School.
Impact Camp – These intensive camps are designed for boys, grades 6th-12th that are ready to take their game to the next level. Each day is packed with positional skills sessions, scrimmages, film breakdown, and mental training sessions. Players that attend this camp will receive an individual coach’s evaluation which will discuss the player strengths, weakness, and ways to improve. Players will leave with our 3-month Impact Training Binder to continue their improvement.
AdrenaFit – This program is for 7th-12th grade boys & girls who are committed to improving as a lacrosse athlete. This program, offered in one or three month increments, is twice a week for 2 hours. Each session focuses on skill development, strength training, and speed & agility. Players are tested monthly to track progress and ensure success. Each group is broken up by age and gender to guarantee safety and the level of instruction.
