The Skills Training Program is designed specifically to create a small group learning atmosphere where a player can effectively hone and advance their lacrosse skill set while gaining a tremendous feeling of confidence. This program stresses a 10:1 player to coach ratio in order to provide a high level of personal attention from a set of meticulously trained Adrenaline coaches. Players are grouped according to age and experience and employ a multi-dimensional skills based curriculum designed from the input of NCAA coaches, PROs, and certified physical trainers. Our goal is to pass a wealth of knowledge onto every player that comes through our program. Skills Training incorporates lacrosse skills, speed and agility drills as well as strength training. Players are sent home each week with a review of the lessons and suggested drills to foster self-improvement. At the conclusion of the program, players receive a personalized improvement guide including recommended drills so that they can continue to progress on their own.
