Adrenaline Announces Fusionetics as Event Partner

Adrenaline joins forces with Fusionetics to reduce athlete injury and drive performance

SAN DIEGO (October 9, 2015) – Adrenaline is proud to announce its newest events partner, Atlanta-based human performance company Fusionetics. Founded by Dr. Micheal A. Clark, founder of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Fusionetics delivers evidence-based assessments and programming strategies that reduce the risk of athlete injury by more than 50-percent and maximize performance.

Adrenaline recognizes the importance of safety while playing sports, and the care of the company’s players is a top priority. By partnering with Fusionetics, Adrenaline will provide a platform for players to gain knowledge and insight on how their bodies move so they can avoid injury while enhancing performance. Fusionetics works with more 40 professional and college sports teams, including the Chicago Bulls, Miami Dolphins, University of Alabama, and University of Notre Dame. Fusionetics will attend several Adrenaline events this Fall to provide complimentary on-site assessments to identify athletes’ existing movement compensation patterns. Once the assessment is complete the athlete will receive a targeted and individualized program to fix compensations directly on their phone via their FSS/Adrenaline profile. By honing in on how each athlete’s body performs and learning how to improve movements that are a risk to their physical health, players can practice better techniques to strengthen areas of weakness. Fusionetics gives athletes the tools to properly prepare, train and recover so they can perform at their highest potential.

Adrenaline is excited to aid in Fusionetics’ push into the youth market by attending the company’s youth through high school tournaments that boast hundreds to thousands of attendees. Both companies share the same mission to preserve the longevity of Adrenaline’s  lacrosse players’ careers and watch them achieve their collegiate goals.

The youth is naïve, which sometimes comes as a deficit for those who experience injuries early on. The goal is to lessen the number of injuries at our events by making players more aware of how to take care of their body.”
