Our Programs

About

Day Camp – These 4-day camps are designed for beginner to intermediate level boys & girls, grades 1st-8th.  Each day players are introduced to new skills with these skills being reinforced through fun, fast paced drills.  This is a perfect summer camp atmosphere to allow for fun while learning and improving at the sport of lacrosse.  The camp will be highlighted by guest appearances by our LXM Pro’s, daily contests and games, and camp and contest prizes.

 

Impact Camp – This 3-day intensive camp is designed for boys, grades 6th-11th that are ready to take their game to the next level.  Each day is packed with positional skills sessions, scrimmages, film breakdown, and mental training sessions.  Players that attend this camp will receive an individual coach’s evaluation which will discuss the player strengths, weakness, and ways to improve.  Players will leave with our 3-month Impact Training Binder to continue their improvement.

 

Apex Camp – This 3-day, invite only camp is for boys, grades 9th-12th.  We will be selecting the top 80 players in the west to attend this one-time program.  Adrenaline and Team EXOS have partnered to provide the highest level training camp in the country!  Team EXOS, formerly Athletes Performance, is the leader is integrated performance training, nutrition, and physical therapy for elite and professional athletes.  Since its inception in 1999, EXOS has training six #1 picks for the NFL Draft, 94 first-round selections, and 459 total Draft selections.  We will be training at the state of the art EXOS facility using their trainers, physical therapists, and nutritionists to provide a professional athletic experience. Each morning will be spent focusing on the four pillars of training. In the afternoon, Adrenaline has compiled the best NCAA coaches and professional players to work with players on individual positional skills and then put them to use in competitive games.  Each day we be highlighted with that day’s film breakdown followed by a Q & A with the coaches/players, the 5 pillars of mental training, and a 1 on 1 personal player evaluation.  Players will leave this camp with not only the vision of success but the tools to achieve it.
