Overview
The mission of the RC Girl’s Lacrosse Club is to establish a developmental system for girl’s youth lacrosse players in North County San Diego. We aim to establish tradition, inspire enthusiasm, and cultivate a community. We will strive for excellence at the highest level of the sport, but will always remember we are training children to achieve success in life both on and off the field.
For the Spring 2025 season, RC will field teams for players in Kindergarten through 8th grades, and will compete in the SCLA Girls Rec League that runs from the start of March to mid-May.

7/8 Division
General info
- The 7/8 RC team(s) will practice two days a week
- We will host two 7/8 teams this spring! Team evaluations will take place the first two weeks of practice.
- Games will be played on Saturday’s starting in March and will go until early May
- All players are required to have a current US Lacrosse membership. This is an SDGLA league requirement and provides for supplemental insurance coverage. For more information on US Lacrosse and to become a member go to www.uslacrosse.org.
